On February 23 of this year, the final of the prestigious Ak Mergen public relations competition was held in Almaty. The public defense of the projects was held in the format of open hearings, where participants talked about the projects implemented by their companies in 2023. The defense of the projects of KazTransGas Aimak JSC in front of the jury was conducted by the Director of the Department of Public Relations and ISM, Mukhit Ykylas.

The winners in various categories were announced as part of the competition.

The Digital Gasification project from KazTransGas Aimak JSC was recognized as the best project in the field of Digital communications and became the winner in its nomination.
In addition, another project of the company, “Gasification: warmth and care”, was recognized as one of the best in the nomination “Best project in the field of ESG and corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)”.

The organizers of the event noted that this year a record number of applications were submitted for the Ak Mergen award – 85 from 55 companies.

Most of the projects participated in the nominations “ESG and corporate social responsibility (CSR)”, “Internal Corporate communications” and “Promotion of state, public and social programs”.
