Senior HSE Service Manager of JSC NC QazaqGaz Talgat Wandykov conducted training on the topic “Integrity and reliability of equipment and installations. Change management and investigation of incidents, failures and emergency shutdowns.”

The management of KazTransGas Aimak JSC took part in the training, as well as employees of production branches were connected online.

During the training, all stages of the installation life cycle were covered. The issue of change management is critical from the point of view of correctly assessing the risks associated with the proposed change and choosing the right solution that will ensure the continuity of the production process. When investigating incidents, failures and emergency stops, it is important to correctly identify the immediate causes and develop measures to prevent such cases from happening again.

At the end of the training, Altai Dzhakubaliev, Head of HSE Service at JSC NC QazaqGaz, expressed confidence that taking measures to improve the integrity, reliability of equipment and installations, change management and incident investigations would reduce the risk of equipment failures and increase the safety of operating assets of QazaqGaz subsidiaries and affiliates.
