KazTransGas Aimak JSC, a subsidiary of the national company QazaqGaz, has connected the settlements of Kaskasu, Zhogargy Kaskasu, Keregetas and Kenesaryk of Tolebi district of Turkestan region to natural gas. Thanks to the implementation of this project, the share of settlements provided with natural gas in the Tolebi district was 100%.
Akim of Turkestan region Darkhan Satybaldy, General Director of KazTransGas Aimak JSC Bauyrzhan Askarov, residents of settlements took part in the ceremony of connection to the “blue fuel”.
To date, 122,732 people live in the district in 55 settlements. Thanks to the implementation of the project, residents of another 1,021 houses have been given the opportunity to access natural gas.
These efforts to expand access to natural gas in the Tolebi district emphasize the importance of improving living conditions for the local population and are an important step towards the development of the district. Connection to natural gas will ensure the ecological cleanliness of the area, as well as save the villagers from storing coal reserves and ash removal during the heating season.
– Natural gas has much greater advantages compared to other types of fuel, and its presence in our daily life significantly facilitates it. Blue fuel really brings a lot of benefits, but it is necessary to remember that safety when handling gas should come first,” said B. Askarov, General Director of KazTransGas Aimak JSC.
In addition, KazTransGas Aimak JSC is carrying out work on the current repair of administrative and household buildings of 12 gas farms in the Turkestan region. According to the plans of gas companies, the work will be completed by the end of this year.
