Our company is based on a modern and effective management system focused on achieving outstanding results and meeting the needs of our customers. We are constantly improving our processes and striving for the best in order to ensure the highest standard of service and productivity in all areas of our activities.
The integrated management system of the Company is based on the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 31000, state standards ST RK ISO 9001, ST RK ISO 9004, ST RK ISO 50001 and the methodology of the EFQM Excellence Model. The Company’s ISM is based on the principles of quality management, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, risk management, energy conservation and energy efficiency, social corporate responsibility, as well as the fundamental concepts of the EFQM Model.
Monitoring and control of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company’s processes and activities as a whole is carried out through the strategic controlling subsystem (Balanced Scorecard (BSC)), the operational controlling subsystem, as well as key employee performance indicators (KPIs)
In accordance with the established procedure, an external conformity assessment of certified management subsystems is carried out.
Every year, since 2013, self-assessments are conducted at all levels of the company in accordance with the “EFQM Excellence Model”
In 2013, the company participated in the national quality competition and received the award of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Altyn Sapa” in the nomination “the best company providing services”. The award is evidence of the company’s achievement of significant results in the field of quality assurance of services rendered, increasing their competitiveness. High evaluation scores according to the competition criteria provided such approaches and results of the company as the use of highly effective quality management methods, the introduction of international standards, and customer satisfaction.
In October 2013, in Bangkok, the company was awarded the Asian Award for Excellence and Best Practice in the field of quality management by the Asian Quality Organization (AsiaNetworkforQuality, ANQ, Bangkok). For the first time in the history of the Asian Quality Network (ANQ), a Kazakhstani company in the field of services has successfully passed all official certification procedures and received a well-deserved award from the Asian continent.
Within the framework of the VIII International Quality Forum in October 2013, the company received the diploma “Kazakhstan Quality Leader-2013” for achievements in the field of corporate governance, the development of creativity and innovation aimed at improving the competitiveness of the organization.
In 2013, the company introduced the practice of self-assessment of the European Quality Management Foundation (EFQM) and was validated for compliance with the level of excellence “Striving for Excellence” (“Committed to Excellence”).
In 2015, according to the EFQM methodology, the company received recognition at the 3—star level and in 2016, after a successful evaluation of a group of external EFQM validators, confirmed the next level of “Recognized EFQM Excellence – 4 Stars” (Recognized for Excellence 4 Star).
In 2017, the Company reached the 5th level of evaluation of the European Quality Award – with the award of the Certificate “EFQM – 5 star”
QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ JSC is a Kazakh company providing services for the transportation and sale of commercial gas to consumers. Services are associated with the risk of exposure to hazardous and harmful production factors on the health of the company’s employees.
In order to continuously reduce the risks of exposure to hazardous and harmful production factors on the health of the company’s employees and stakeholders, to improve the efficiency of the provision of services, the Company undertakes the following obligations:
continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 45001:2018 in relation to the transportation and sale of commercial gas on the domestic market;
ensure compliance of the occupational health and safety management system with legislative, regulatory requirements, as well as the requirements of interested parties;
to ensure mutually beneficial cooperation and informativeness on health and safety issues with all interested parties;
to achieve reduction of risks in the field of occupational health and safety, as well as prevention of injuries and deterioration of the health of employees of the company;
to achieve high performance indicators in the field of occupational health and safety management;
apply methods of control and taking effective corrective and preventive actions.
Management undertakes to implement this policy and the obligations declared therein by:
allocating and providing the necessary resources in accordance with the company’s budget;
involvement of all employees of the company in the development and analysis of policies and procedures in the field of occupational health and safety;
reduction or elimination of sources of hazardous and harmful production factors, through the replacement of materials, changes in technological processes, modernization of equipment, automation of production processes, rational use of working time and labor rationing;
conducting regular monitoring of key performance indicators in the field of occupational health and safety based on the results of the work of the permanent commissions of the PF and CA on occupational safety and assessing compliance with their obligations by conducting internal audits of the ISM;
adoption of corrective and preventive actions in case of detection of inconsistencies in the field of occupational health and safety;
application and improvement of procedures and incentives that encourage the development of professionalism, increasing the competence and personal responsibility of employees for compliance with requirements in the field of occupational health and safety;
involvement of all employees of the company in risk management in the field of occupational health and safety.

The Company's quality policy is aimed at:
effective management of gas supply with commercial gas, provision of services to meet the requirements and wishes of consumers and other interested parties of QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ JSC, compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and regulatory and technical bases, requirements of national and international standards, environmental and labor legislation of the country;
implementation of measures for further sustainable development of the company, providing for the introduction of modern technologies, modernization of gas distribution networks, facilities on them, production equipment and process optimization, improvement of culture and safety of production;
reducing costs and increasing labor productivity in gas supply and provision of services through the introduction of advanced approaches, new technologies and modern management systems;

1) Reducing emerging threats and increasing opportunities to achieve strategic goals, preserve business reputation and develop the company:
identification and evaluation of the materiality of events affecting the achievement of strategic goals;
provision of preventive measures to minimize the likelihood and negative impact of risks on the goals;
risk-based strategic planning;
timely informing the company’s managers and stakeholders about the presence of threats and opportunities;
monitoring of risk control measures.
2) Ensuring the safety and continuity of gas supply to consumers:
formation of risk response programs;
regulation of localization processes of consequences of risky events;
coordination, provision and evaluation of the effectiveness of timely emergency response.
3) Improving the quality of management and a positive change in the company's management culture:
improving the accuracy and adequacy of the company’s management’s views on the real state of the company by streamlining the analysis space of the company and its environment, using regular, methodically supported risk analysis procedures in all areas of activity, without exception, for all factors of the internal and external environment;
expansion of the range of possible and proposed control anti-risk effects, justified by predictive estimates of the results of the introduction of accepted control effects;
providing a link between the past and the future of the company, between the past and future economic conditions of the company.

In order to implement the Company's Policy in the field of environmental protection in order to manage the risks of environmental impact on the environment, the Company follows the principles of:
continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001:2004 in relation to gas supply and provision of services;
take into account the requirements of international standards in the field of environmental protection and nature management, positive achievements in this direction of leading companies and the latest achievements of science and technology;
to ensure the preservation of the natural environment in the area of gas pipelines, structures on them and other production and non-production facilities;
periodically identify and evaluate the compliance of the Company’s activities with international and domestic legislation, regulatory requirements, as well as the requirements of other stakeholders with which the Company agrees;
to take into account the opinion of all stakeholders in the functioning of the environmental management system, to ensure effective communication with consumers, the public, authorities and supervisors, with business partners, suppliers;
