He started his career as an operator at the Agip North Caspian Company N.V. plant.

In different years he worked in the oil and gas companies “KazRosGaz”, “KazTransGaz”, “Urikhtau Operating”;

Analyst of the Oil and Gas Transportation Department of JSC NC KazMunayGas;

Deputy General Director of Astana Oil Company LLP;

General Director of Zhan and KS Company LLP;

Director of the Department of Gas and Petrochemistry of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He is a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

On July 31, 2023, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Production of QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ JSC.
