Gasification of a residential building in the regional application of JSC "QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ" (hereinafter- JSC"Qtgemak") occurs in the following section:
1. Obtaining technical specifications (hereinafter referred to as technical specifications) from the regional production branches of JSC “KTGAymak”.
The list of necessary documents for obtaining technical specifications for individuals:
An application addressed to the technical director of JSC “KTGAymak” (or the chief engineer of the production branch) with a request for the issuance of technical specifications (indicating the volume of maximum hourly consumption);
A copy of the identity card of the owner of the object;
A copy of the state act on land, title documents for immovable property where the object is located, or a notarized consent of the owner of immovable property for gasification of the object;
A copy of the technical passport for a gasified residential building (object);
Technical data of gas-consuming equipment on flow and pressure (copies);
The layout of the object (must be described in detail, in order to quickly find it according to the scheme or route map without additional oral explanations);
Topographic survey of the construction site on a scale of 1:500 (with all ground and underground utilities and structures), coordinated with the relevant operating organizations;
2. Based on the technical conditions, a residential house gasification project is being developed.
3. Construction and installation works are carried out in accordance with the agreed project*.
4. Acceptance of the completed construction of the object is carried out.
5. Plug-in and gas start-up are carried out by specialists of the regional production branches of JSC “KTGAymak”.
*Gasification of houses (installation of in-house gas equipment) is carried out on the basis of technical specifications (TU) issued by the operating organization individually for each house, in accordance with the project agreed by the operating organization. In addition, installation organizations must have the appropriate permits and a state license for this type of activity, use materials and components specified by GOST, have trained and certified personnel allowed to work in accordance with the established procedure, technical supervision of the installation and the materials used, etc. must be carried out.
