Since April 8 of this year, KazTransGas Aimak Joint-Stock Company has launched mobile mobile laboratories “DLS-Pergam” in Kyzylorda region to determine possible gas leaks from underground polyethylene gas pipelines of high and medium pressure.

As a result of the survey in the Kyzylorda region, high-pressure gas pipeline lines – 245 km and medium-pressure gas pipelines – 119 km were checked, the total mileage was 436 km.

As a result of the inspections, 2 gas leaks were discovered in the Zhanakorgan district, which were promptly eliminated by employees of the Kyzylorda production branch of KazTransGas Aimak JSC. 

Such measures are being taken to eliminate possible emergencies, since gas leaks can have serious consequences.
